All conference presenters must be members of or join OPS.
Yearly membership dues for OPS are $15 for students and $25 for faculty.

The Oklahoma Psychological Society (OPS) invites you to participate in our Annual Spring Conference.
The 39th Annual Conference will be held entirely online this year in
response to COVID-19.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: Wednesday, APRIL 14TH, 2021
Materials will be accepted by email at oklahomaps.org@gmail.com
Submission Instructions:
Email the appropriate submission form (found below) and the appropriate items listed below to Dr. Jaclyn Maass and Dr. J. Adam Randell at the following email address: oklahomaps.org@gmail.com
All materials listed below should be submitted by April 14th, unless otherwise specified.
There will be 4 submission categories:
1 - Judged paper submissions should include:
a. A completed 15-20 page paper (written using APA format)
b. A 50-word synopsis to be included in the program
2 – Unjudged Paper submissions should include:
a. A 100-250 word abstract (following APA format)
b. A 50-word synopsis to be included in the program
3 - Judged Poster submissions should include:
a. A 750-word synopsis to be evaluated
b. A 50-word synopsis to be included in the program
c. A link to a personal video conferencing room for the poster session
**Webex, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams
d. A digital copy (i.e., jpeg, PDF) of the poster. *Submitted by April 21st.
4 – Unjudged Poster submissions should include:
a. A 50-word synopsis to be included in the program
b. A link to a personal video conferencing room for the poster session

c. A digital copy (i.e., jpeg, PDF) of the poster *Submitted by April 21st.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. These are the same 4 categories of submission we've always had, the only difference is we are asking for a 50-word synopsis for each submission and an image (.jpg, jpeg, tif, etc) of the completed poster for both poster submission-types.
2. Notification of acceptance will be sent to the email address provided.
3. We encourage students and faculty to submit their projects in any state.
4. To be considered for an award, you will need to have a project with data.
5. Judging will be completed prior to the conference and winners will be notified no later than Friday, April 23rd.
